Management fee

Gene Movers’ fee for the personalised management of exportation of your genetic material includes liaison with exporter/importer and Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS), document preparation and personal attendance at airport.

Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS)

Gene Movers will oversee the inspection and approval of export health certificates, inspection of product and issue of export permit and health certificate for your export material.

Dangerous Goods surcharge

Due to the hazardous nature of liquid nitrogen consignments Gene Movers will complete the Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods for shipments via air, and will also ensure proper tank preparation.

Cryogenic tank

If you don’t have your own shipping tank, Gene Movers offer Chart MVE cryogenic tanks for purchase or hire. These durable lightweight units can be relied on to perform in the most demanding of environments.

Insurance

At clients’ discretion, airport to airport cargo insurance is available on request. Transit insurance generally provides for loss of, or visible damage to cryogenic tanks and product whilst in transit.

Shipping tank decontamination

In compliance with Gene Movers’ stringent quality control procedures, used tanks are decontaminated prior to export, ensuring your product and reputation are protected.
